Volt is immediately hiring for a **100% Remote In Patient Clinical

Documentation Improvement Specialist III**

As an Inpatent Clinical Documentation Improvement Specialist III,

you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and updating clinical documentation pertaining to patient medical records, physician interactions, reason for visits, illness descriptions, physician recommendations, diagnosis, and other relevant medical information.

This Clinical Documentation Improvement Specialist III can work 100%

remote in Pacific Business Hours

Responsibilities

  • Analyzes and interprets medical records and clinical documentation
to ensure the quality and accuracy of relevant documents.
  • Reviews medical records and clinical documentation to ensure that
documents comply with laws, regulations, and other best practices.
  • Possess 5-10 years of relevant experience

This is a Full Time - Contract W2 opportunity.

Pay Rate: \$48-\$52/hr. on W2

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several

factors, including the candidate\'s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
