About the Role
The Company is in search of an Assistant Vice President for Enrollment and Director of Financial Aid. Applicants must have a minimum of eight years' experience in higher education financial aid or related areas, with a preference for those with a background in private college or university settings. The role requires a high level of financial and analytical acumen, expertise in financial aid student information systems, and a proven track record in crafting financial aid policy. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative leader, with strong communication skills, and a student-centered approach. Responsibilities include overseeing the awarding and disbursement of student aid funds, providing fiscal accountability, and engaging in professional development activities. The AVP/DFA will also be expected to participate in campus committees, educate internal partners on regulatory changes, and represent the University at various events.
