THIS IS A 2ND SHIFT POSTION HOURS = 3PM - 11PM

Job Summary

The Bobcat/Trailer Cleaner is responsible for cleaning out the trailers once they are backed to the raw dock, using a skid steer and getting them cleaned up ready to go back out to the customer.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

• Unloads raw material trailers that cannot be dumped with a lift.
• Prepares trailer after unloading to be ready to go back out to customer using a pressure washer etc.
• Performs various tasks related to the operation of the facility in terms of general labor.
• Maintains safety as top priority in accordance with all company safety rules and regulations.
• Aware of, have received training and is responsible for maintaining Darling's Food Safety program.
• All other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in the operation of machinery.

Preferred Qualifications

• Good oral and written communication skills; able to follow oral and written directions.
• Ability to work nights and/or weekends as needed.

Physical Demands

• Frequently required to walk, stand, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crawl, and crouch.
• Frequently lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 lbs.
• Regularly required reach with hands and arms.

Work Environment

Job functions will be carried out in a bakery facility which requires tolerance for high heat and/or cold temperatures.
