Travel within Vermont. Pay and bonus potential Mileage pay and load pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving. Earn at least $1,600 in weekly guarantee pay. Weekly performance pay. $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers. $2,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
