Join Our Team as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist!

We are seeking a Board Certified CRNA to join a compassionate and dedicated team at a full-service community health system located in Clinton, Iowa. This facility operates 249 licensed beds and is committed to providing exceptional healthcare with a focus on compassion, human dignity, and social justice. The practice encompasses a range of anesthesia services for both adult and pediatric patients, operating 24/7 to meet the needs of the community.

• Provide all professional anesthesiology services and/or supervise and manage anesthesiology services for hospital patients.
• Administer general anesthesia, pediatric anesthesia, thoracic anesthesia, obstetrical anesthesia, and sedation as necessary.
• Conduct pre-evaluation anesthesia services and post-surgical monitoring for complications.
• Respond promptly to codes as needed, ensuring timely and effective patient care.
• Collaborate with OR Leadership Team, Anesthesia Providers, and clinical staff to ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain high standards of care in accordance with approved medical standards.
• Utilize Cerner EMR for documentation and patient management.

• Board Certified CRNA (NBCRNA) – Required
• Iowa license (or willing to obtain) or IMLC – Required
• 5+ years of CRNA work experience – Preferred
• Experience with adult and pediatric procedures – Required
• BLS certification (or willing to obtain within 3 months of hire) – Required
• ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications (or willing to obtain within 1 year of hire) – Required
• Clean malpractice history – Preferred

• Board Certified CRNA (NBCRNA) – Required
• Iowa license (or willingness to obtain) – Required
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications as outlined above.
