- Provide timely, accurate, and professional assistance on all inquiries.
- Document and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Follow escalation procedures and company policies to ensure resolution.
- Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and client requirements.
- Apply training materials effectively and share knowledge with team members.
- Meet or exceed all performance metrics and KPIs.

- Ability to establish and maintain rapport through effective communication and timely follow-up with customers
- Attention to detail
- Ability to establish priorities and multi-task in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment
- Must be a self-starter with a great degree of internal motivation
- Ability to operate and navigate various technical devices and systems
- Ability to trouble shoot common computer issues

Training Schedule: During the first two weeks of employment, training will be conducted Monday - Friday between the hours of 8 am - 5 pm CST.
