We are a commercial service company that provides critical repair and maintenance solutions to supermarkets, restaurants, and gas stations across the region. Our clients rely on us 24/7—and we rely on YOU to keep our field team moving efficiently.

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate and dispatch technicians to service calls based on location, urgency, and expertise
• Communicate with clients to schedule, confirm, and follow up on service requests
• Monitor job progress and ensure timely completion of work
• Maintain accurate records in dispatch software and update work orders in real time
• Work closely with field techs, management, and customer service to ensure a seamless experience
• Handle emergency calls with calm urgency and prioritize accordingly

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ year of dispatching, scheduling, or customer service experience (commercial service or trades preferred)
• Strong multitasking and communication skills
• Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced setting
• Familiarity with dispatching software and Microsoft Office
• Team player with a professional and positive attitude
• Knowledge of the supermarket, restaurant, or fuel industry a plus!
