We are looking for a detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our client in Spanish Springs, Nevada. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating logistics and ensuring efficient communication between teams and clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is a Contract position with the potential for long-term employment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate dispatch operations to ensure timely and efficient service.

• Respond to incoming calls and inquiries promptly and professionally using a multi-line phone system.

• Utilize computer-aided dispatch systems to track and manage schedules and assignments.

• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client needs and resolving issues effectively.

• Organize and maintain filing systems to ensure accurate record-keeping.

• Communicate with team members to relay critical information and updates.

• Monitor and manage logistics to optimize resource allocation and minimize delays.

• Assist in handling high call volumes in a call center environment.

• Support administrative tasks and maintain operational efficiency.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and service delivery.

• Previous experience in dispatching or a related field is required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse situations.
• Proficiency in using computer-aided dispatch systems and related software.
• Comfortable managing multi-line phone systems and handling inbound calls.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate logistics and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with filing systems and general administrative tasks.
