A Cleaner World, a leading dry cleaning and laundry services provider, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Dry Cleaning Presser to join our team. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality services to our customers, and as a garment presser, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation. Your primary responsibility will be to operate and maintain press machines, ensuring that garments are properly pressed and finished to meet our high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain various press machines, including shirt press, pants press, and other equipment used in the dry cleaning process
• Inspect garments to ensure they are properly cleaned and free of any stains or damages before pressing
• Use steam, heat, and pressure to press and shape garments according to customer requests
• Ensure that garments are pressed and finished to meet our high-quality standards
• Handle garments with care to avoid any damages or wrinkles
• Keep the work area clean and organized at all times
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries

Qualifications

• Familiarity with various press machines and equipment used in the dry cleaning process
• Ability to read and interpret customer requests and follow specific instructions
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of quality control
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Willingness to work flexible hours

Compensation

Salary: $11-$14 per hour
