The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add an experienced, motivated executive chef for our Constellation Culinary team in El Segundo, CA. As an executive chef, you will have the opportunity to run lead the culinary team in a professional diniing setting. This is a Monday - Friday operation with a high level food service program.

What you'll be doing:

• Supervising the quality standards and practices of the food production process, including purchasing, food specifications, meal preparation, service, and sanitation.
• Developing standardized recipes and utilizing other production tools to ensure food quality and cost objectives are met.
• Participating in the planning and execution of special events.

What we're looking for:

Must-haves:

• At least five years of progressive culinary experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft software programs.
• Experience with budget statements.

Nice-to-haves:

• Associates degree in culinary arts.

Compensation Range

Up to $98,000 plus bonus
