We are currently seeking skilled Forklift & Aerial Lift Operators for a potential 5-year project in Norfolk, VA. This opportunity involves hands-on labor working at the Norfolk Naval Shipyard, offering a dynamic and fast-paced environment for experienced professionals.

Note : This position is contingent upon contract award. Employment will begin only if and when the company secures the government contract associated with this role.

Overview :

Operate forklifts and aerial lifts to transport materials and support shipyard projects.

Responsibilities :

\n
• Safely operate forklifts and aerial lifts to 90ft.
\n
• Move and stage materials throughout shipyard.
\n
• Perform pre-use inspections on equipment.
\n
• Follow shipyard safety and load handling procedures.
\n

Qualifications :

\n
• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
\n
• Forklift and Aerial Lift certification required.
\n
• 2+ years operating forklifts/lifts in industrial settings.
\n
• Ability to handle heavy loads and work at high heights.
\n
• Ability to work 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift.
\n
