You will be on the front lines of this historic growth. While our B2B team handles commercial leads, our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) team thrives by connecting directly with residential customers through three primary channels:

• Canvassing (Door-to-Door): Engaging directly with homeowners in new, high-growth service areas.

• Events (Branded Booths/Tents): Generating excitement and making connections at local community events.

• Retail (In-store Promos): Showcasing Frontier Fiber's benefits in high-traffic retail environments.

The Outside Sales Representative Role

We are actively seeking highly motivated, ambitious Outside Sales Representatives to become vital members of our team, proudly representing Frontier Communications Inc. We invest heavily in our people, providing comprehensive, full-time training to ensure you have every tool and resource needed to thrive and hit your goals.

Your Impact and Daily Responsibilities:

• Start Strong: Participate in dynamic, daily team training sessions (virtual or in-person).

• Drive Residential Sales: Engage directly with customers through compelling door-to-door presentations.

• Build Your Pipeline: Develop and grow your client base, turning conversations into lasting connections.

• Collaborate & Grow: Maintain open communication and receive continuous support from your dedicated team.

• Master Your Craft: Seamlessly track and manage sales, follow-ups, and client information through our CRM system.

Who We're Looking For (Desired Qualifications)

• A motivated closer with a genuine desire to earn $70k+ in your first year and beyond.

• Confident and savvy with current technology is an absolute must .

• Previous success in direct sales is a plus, but if you have the drive, it is not required—we will train you!

• MUST HAVE a valid U.S. Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
