Job Description
Connect Staffing is actively recruiting skilled candidates for General Labor positions in north Orange County, CA, and beyond!
This job order has been posted as a waitlist to help pre-qualify candidates to be contacted when we receive new opportunities.
Schedules: 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts
Pay Range: $16.50 - $20.00 per hour (based on position availability and requirements)
General Requirements:
Must have recent experience in physically intense work, preferably in an industrial environment.
Willing to submit to background and drug screenings.
Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
Good understanding of industrial safety.
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in roles such as General Laborer, Construction Worker, Warehouse Associate, Lumber Yard Worker, Lumper, or similar is a big plus!
Be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities may include:
Lifting, carrying, and moving materials, products, or equipment.
Preparing products for shipment, which may include boxing, labeling, and palletizing.
Loading and unloading trucks or other transportation vehicles.
Receiving, storing, and picking inventory.
May be required to operate machinery, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment.
Keeping the workplace clean and organized, which may include sweeping, mopping, and wiping down surfaces.
