Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and manage technology projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Monitor and track project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.
• Facilitate project meetings, ensuring clear communication and documentation of action items.
• Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or similar role in managing technology projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Certified Practitioner) are a plus.
