*Position Overview:* We are currently seeking another litigation attorney to join our team. The firm offers a unique opportunity to work on challenging legal issues alongside experienced attorneys in a supportive and collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a desire to excel in their legal career.
*Responsibilities:*
* Conduct legal research and analysis on a variety of complex legal issues
* Draft legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, and memoranda
* Assist with case management and preparation for trials and hearings
* Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders
* Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and solutions
*Qualifications:*
* Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
* Admission to the state bar and in good standing
* 3-5 years of experience in a law firm or similar legal environment within the litigation practice
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Demonstrated commitment to excellence and professionalism
