Overview This is a part-time coaching position with The Ladder Method. The role is in-person and approximately 10-15 hours per week. Hours depend on requests. Base pay range is $60.00/hr - $70.00/hr. Compensation depends on experience and is for IN-PERSON tutoring. Do not contact the Ladder Method office directly. Our recruiters will review and notify applicants if moving forward in the process. Responsibilities Coach students on Time Management and Study Skills, with a focus on learners who have learning differences. Establish and maintain firm boundaries with teenagers/young adults. Provide guidance informed by psychology or educational therapy when applicable, in alignment with coaching goals. Demonstrate warmth, professionalism, and a passion for helping students develop great study habits and skills. Communicate effectively with students, families, and the organization to support learning goals.
