The University of Missouri School of Medicine, Division of Immunology & Rheumatology, is expanding our services and seeking a full-time Physician Assistant to join our dynamic and growing rheumatology team.

You'll work closely with a collaborative group of physicians, residents, and other healthcare professionals who value a team-based approach to patient care. What You'll Do


* Deliver high-quality patient care in our rheumatology outpatient clinic.
* Work independently and collaboratively with physicians and the care team to optimize patient outcomes.
* Perform exams, order diagnostic tests, and interpret results.
* Collect and document patient histories and create evidence-based care plans.
* Coordinate interdisciplinary care and support patient and family education.
* Monitor treatment plans, prescribe therapies, and ensure adherence.
* Communicate clinical findings and care updates with attending physicians.
* Demonstrate autonomy and clinical expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of rheumatologic conditions.

Shift Type: Monday -- Friday 8:00am -- 5:00pm

Minimum Qualifications

Physicians Assistant (PA) licensure by the Missouri State Board of Registration for the Healing Arts.

Preferred Qualifications

National certification by ANCC, AANPCB, AACN, PCNB, or NCC.

Specialty certificate by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) in Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery, Emergency Medicine, Hospital Medicine, Nephrology, Orthopaedic Surgery, Pediatrics, or Psychiatry. Additional license/certification requirements as determined by the hiring department.

Anticipated Hiring Range

Salary Range: $90,251.20 - 135,000.00
Grade: PAT - 012
University Title: PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT SPECIALTY CARE
