Pre-Licensed Real Estate Professional
Learn to prepare for real estate with clarity, structure, and real world exposure while working toward licensure. This opportunity is designed for pre licensed individuals who want guided preparation, hands on learning, and a strong foundation before stepping into client facing production. You will learn alongside experienced agents while positioning yourself to earn rewarding commissions once licensed.
You will receive support throughout the pre licensing phase with clear expectations, personalized mentorship, and proven systems that help bridge the gap between coursework and real transactions. You will learn how agents build relationships, manage conversations, stay organized, and understand the flow of a transaction from first contact through closing so you are prepared when licensed.

Responsibilities:
• Complete M and M University
• Attend real estate training
• Organize and build your database
• Communicate with your database
• Intern with teams or agents when possible
• Complete courses and licensing to start earning commission income
• Learn sales talk and scripts
• Complete designated non-agent-allowed activities
• Misc. activities as needed
• Complete required outbound research calls

Qualifications:
• Sales experience
• 18 years of age or older
• High School education, college preferred
• Willingness and commitment to obtaining a real estate license
