Oasis Solutions is your local NetSuite, Sage 100 and Sage Intacct partner providing business management software solutions to small and mid-sized businesses throughout America. We have offices located in Louisville and Lexington, KY, TN, and NC, and serve clients throughout the United States. Oasis offers the leading software solutions (on-premise and cloud) for accounting and business management (ERP), human resources, payroll, and time & attendance, CRM (Customer Relationship Management), Job Management, Document Management, Warehouse management, and more. Leads consulting engagements, including but not limited to high-level process analysis, process and reporting recommendations, and transactional flow analysis. Discovers, scopes, leads,and delivers multiple implementation or service-related projects. May enlist the support of or delegate tasks to Senior Consultants, Technical Consultants, ConsultantsorAssociateConsultants. Providescareer path guidance and mentoring to Senior Consultants, Technical Consultants, ConsultantsorAssociateConsultants. Provides sales engineering and other business development-related support, including product demonstrations, attending association meetings, and participating in user group meetings. Evaluates, troubleshoots,and resolves customer service requestssubmittedby customers to our helpdesk in either a level 2 or level 3 role. Participates in onsite and in-house client visits, most often in a leadership role. Fields inbound client communication, gathers information,and coordinates internal action asrequired, including providing issue summary and issue ticket creation. Achieves master-level competency in the relevant core product offering (Sage 100, NetSuite, Intacct, etc.) and applicable database and reporting engines and select 3 rd party projects within mutually establishedtimeframes. Responsible for project and engagement profitability and scope adherence. Aspires to andmaintainsthe Oasis Core Purpose and Values. All other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Competencies Summary: Experience leading teams in multi-phased ERP implementation (accounting/finance, manufacturing, MRP, job cost, service, distribution, etc.) including planning, delegation, status updates, functional and technical work, process flow discovery, design and mapping, training, testing, go-live support,and project management. 8+ years of experience in business process analysis and solution design or related experience. 7+ years of experience in leading teams through multiple projects concurrently. Experience in performing project or team coordination, including meeting scheduling and preparation. Experience in client communication, in person, email, or voice, with emphasis on issue resolution. Experience in generating scopes of work, including discovery, design,planning,and delivery to the letter of said scope.
