The school follows American educational standards and uses a combination of project-based learning, traditional methods, and Maker experiences to facilitate the curriculum. Job responsibilitiesTeach the subject of Psychology as well as one additional subject: History, English, or Geography to secondary school studentsPrepare lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, design and correct assessments, and write report commentsCo-teach with fellow teachers to develop and improve school-based curriculumAssess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improveProvide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents or caregivers RequirementsBachelor’s degree or above, master's preferredMinimum of 2 years full-time subject teaching experienceTeaching qualification Compensation packageMonthly salary: 25,000 to 30,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualificationsMonthly housing allowance: 9,000 RMB or housing providedRound-trip airfare per yearSummer and winter holidaysNational holidaysLunch providedFree education for 2 dependent childrenInsurance covered
