Ensure customers receive consistent information throughout their shopping journey. Record information in the relevant systems to improve the customer's future shopping experience. Enhance customer relationships to boost sales and ensure sustained profitability by understanding IKEA’s product range and services. When needed, offer alternative solutions that meet the needs of individual customers. Forge a team mindset centered around first time right for every customer, ensuring a positive customer journey. Take part in additional department responsibilities to secure the daily operation for co-workers and customers.
