Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced  Roofer/Repair Technician with expertise across multiple roofing systems. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining roofs made from a variety of materials, including Shingle, Single Ply (TPO, EPDM, PVC), SPF, Acrylics, Silicone, Concrete/Clay Tile, and Modified Bitumen. You will play a key part in diagnosing issues and delivering high-quality repair solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed inspections across multiple roofing systems and materials.
• Perform repairs on Shingle, Single Ply (TPO, EPDM, PVC), SPF, Acrylics, Silicone, Concrete/Clay Tile, and Modified Bitumen roofs.
• Replace or install roofing materials in compliance with industry standards and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to complete residential and commercial repair projects.
• Provide accurate repair estimates based on system-specific needs.
• Document all work performed, including materials, repairs, and full replacements.
• Stay updated on roofing trends, tools, and techniques while attending required safety and material trainings.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Roofer/Repair Technician with multi-system expertise.
• Strong knowledge of installation, maintenance, and repair practices across various roofing systems.
• Proficiency with tools and equipment specific to each roofing material.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Physical ability to work at heights and perform demanding tasks.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
