Job Location: Hershey, PA * ROLE OVERVIEW:* The Senior Analyst Vendor Management leads operational activities that select, manage, and oversee third-party IT vendors. * ACCOUNTABILITIES:* * Working with stakeholders to determine requirements for external IT services, overseeing and coordinating contracts, and ensuring compliance with policies * Designs and implements service level agreements (SLAs) and underpinning contracts for services offered, develops relevant reports for managing and reporting SLA adherence to relevant stakeholders * Assists with ecosystem of third-party providers, including supply chain health and invoicing/billing procedures, manages quality and security levels, and optimizes for efficiency and costs * Responds to and manages events using defined processes and behaviors, engages with relevant stakeholders * Analyzes vendor performance and optimizes all contracts and services for efficiency and cost benefits. * QUALIFICATIONS* * Significant experience developing and reporting on vendor SLAs for optimal vendor performance * Strong skills in managing vendor relationships to ensure the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective technology solutions. * Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels * Experience in IT financial management and leveraging tools to drive cost optimization. * Experience & Education* * Bachelors in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; minimum of 3 years of experience * Significant experience with the IT vendor and asset procurement process. * Technical aptitude with strong PC literacy skills.
