Position Summary
The Senior Business and Data Insight Analyst works closely with the leadership team and other stakeholders to help them understand the insights derived from data. This role combines analytical expertise, business acumen, and storytelling skills to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that support strategy, decision-making, and business development. Responsibilities include analyzing and visualizing data, developing strategic recommendations, and delivering compelling narratives that communicate key findings. The role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data-driven tools that meet evolving business needs.

Requirements
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. data science, statistics, communication, marketing) or equivalent experience.
Experience:
Required :
Minimum of 7 years of experience in data analysis, visualization, and storytelling.
Proven ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
Desired :
Experience working in consulting, legal, or other professional environments that require continuous learning and regular communication of complex or challenging subject matter to business stakeholders.
Skills:
Expertise in:
Microsoft Office Suite; database querying using SQL; and data analysis tools, including SQL, DAX, and Excel.
Statistical analysis tools such as R or Python
Data visualization tools (Tableau and Power BI preferred) and data visualization, UI/UX, and wireframing best practices.
Data architecture principles; data warehouses (Snowflake preferred); and API integrations.
Familiarity with:
Machine learning and statistical modeling techniques.
Project management tools and UAT processes.
Other required skills:
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation, training, reading, writing, and listening.
Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify root causes and develop innovative solutions.

Working Conditions: You will be required to work in the office a minimum of 2 days per week. Occasionally called upon to work hours in excess of your normal daily schedule. The details of your weekly schedule will be discussed further with your direct supervisor.
