WHAT YOU’LL DO

As our Service Writer, you will ensure that all service department work orders are opened, maintained, proofed, and closed in the most efficient way possible, all while ensuring you provide an excellent experience for our customers. Every day you will oversee service and warranty work orders, make sure trucks are in place and ready for repair, assist in shop workflow, check-in equipment for repair, and assist customers- including possibly driving them to and from worksites.

WHAT YOU NEED:

• Familiarity with Outlook, Word, Excel, and the ability to learn new computer programs.
• Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
• Ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
• Driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Mechanical aptitude and experience with heavy trucks are plusses!

Compensation: $27-32/hr (Depending on Experience)
