The Sushi Chef prepares high-quality sushi and Japanese cuisine following standardized recipes and presentation standards. The Sushi Chef maintains cleanliness and safety in the kitchen, minimizes waste, and contributes to menu development. Administrative duties include scheduling, record-keeping, and supporting operational efficiency.
