Join to apply for the Tow Truck Driver and Operator role at Bethel Towing . We are seeking a dedicated Tow Truck Driver to join our team serving Central and North Kitsap County or Mason County. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and possess the necessary skills to provide exceptional towing services within either Mason or Central or North Kitsap Counties for private and city, state and county municipality calls. Responsibilities Respond to service calls promptly and efficiently. Safely load, transport, and unload vehicles. Perform basic automotive diagnostics when needed. Provide excellent customer service during interactions with clients. Operate a tow truck, including carrier and manual transmission vehicles. Utilize mechanical knowledge to secure vehicles for transport. Be available on-call 4 days/nights per week (able to respond for calls after your regular shift). Maintain secure parking for your assigned truck up to 33'. Be responsible for your own tools and receive training on required equipment. Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. CDL A plus required. Must pass a drug screen and Washington State Patrol background check. Ability to drive and operate a tow truck effectively. Mechanical knowledge to handle basic vehicle issues. Strong customer service skills to interact professionally with clients. Must be capable of lifting 65+ lbs, sitting and standing for long periods of time. Must be approved under WAC 204-91A-060 sections (5) thru (13).
