Join the care team in Hospice where you’ll provide patient-centered care in a collaborative environment. Typical responsibilities include direct patient care, timely documentation, and coordination with the care team. Specific duties will be confirmed during your interview with a recruiter.

Assignment Details

• Location: Barre, VT
• Assignment Length: 20 weeks
• Start Date: 10/28/2025
• End Date: 03/17/2026
• Pay Range: $2,425 - $2,695

Minimum Requirements

• Optional: Active license in Hospice
• 1 year full-time RN, Hospice experience within the last 2 years
