ICU RN – PM/Night Shift
Shift: 12-hr Nights | 36 hrs/week | E/O Weekend & Holiday

Join our 38-bed multi-specialty ICU (28+10) and deliver top-notch, patient-centered care alongside a collaborative nursing team.

Requirements:

2+ years ICU RN experience

Nursing degree: Diploma, ASN, or BSN preferred

Effective verbal & written communication

Physical ability to meet job responsibilities

Basic computer proficiency

Telemetry experience required; must read/interpret strips independently (tele test on day 1)

Certifications: MA RN license, BLS, ACLS

Role Responsibilities:

Provide full-spectrum ICU nursing care: assess, diagnose, plan, intervene, evaluate, educate

Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team

Coordinate/delegate care to colleagues

Maintain and update patient records; interpret computerized data

Follow nursing policies and participate in quality improvement initiatives

Advantage Staffing Services Job ID #4674. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
