Automation Developer

Relevant Experience (Years): 5-8 Years

Technical/Functional Skills: Experience in designing & developing automation solutions using UiPath

Experience Required:

• A professional bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably computer science or information technology
• Must have 4+ years of proven development experience working on live projects in UiPath
• Strong knowledge of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator and other UiPath components
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, VB.NET, Java or Python is desired
• Experience of working within an agile, continuous integration environment
• Hands-on experience in writing Oracle PL/SQL scripting for reporting requirements
• Must have certification in UiPath
• Experience in working with healthcare domain is a plus
• Experience in working with JIRA and Kanban board
• Good understanding of process design documents, technical design documents within the automation space

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Work with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for automation projects
• Design, develop, and implement automation workflows using UiPath Studio
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of automation workflows to ensure they meet business requirements and are free of defects
• Set up the UiPath environment and install, configure and maintain Splunk and other logging tools to meet organization needs
• Monitor RPA processes running on cloud platforms Azure and AWS and ensure their smooth operation
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RPA processes in a timely manner
• Assist in deployment of new UiPath RPA processes in Orchestrator and updates to existing ones
• Provide technical support to end users and stakeholders, addressing their queries and concerns
• Maintain documentation for RPA support activities, including incident reports, troubleshooting guides, and user manuals
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in UiPath and associated tools/technologies
• Monitor application performance and implement performance improvements as needed
• Assist with application upgrades, patches and maintenance activities
