This role will focus on designing and delivering scalable user interfaces, guiding architecture decisions, and ensuring modern best practices are followed throughout the development process. Youll work closely with cross-functional teams to bring concepts to life, optimize performance, and maintain high standards for quality and usability. Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced UI components and application front-ends. Work with product and design teams to refine requirements and translate them into efficient technical solutions. Provide hands-on technical direction for architecture, tool selection, and workflow optimization. Support teams in testing, prototyping, and producing clear technical documentation. Build and maintain reusable component libraries for scalable and consistent development. Keep up with evolving web technologies and integrate relevant improvements into ongoing projects. Offer mentorship and guidance to less-experienced developers. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, or related field (Masters degree a plus). 10+ years of professional experience in front-end development, including at least 5 years working directly with clients on-site or in a similar delivery model. Proven track record designing and implementing complex UI systems using modern frameworks and tooling. Technical Skills Deep understanding of native web components and experience with tools such as Stencil.js. Proficiency in one or more major frameworks such as React or Angular. Hands-on experience with module bundlers like Webpack or Rollup. Familiarity with Node.js and npm for package and dependency management. Ability to adapt quickly to new frameworks and emerging tools. Bonus: Exposure to Flutter or similar cross-platform development tools. Preferred Experience Building and deploying large-scale applications in a cloud-based environment. Working within Agile development methodologies. Producing and maintaining clear technical documentation.
