The pay for this position is $20/hr plus $2.50 SEO pay when applicable and $1.50/hr for works worked between 6PM - 6AM

We have built a best-in-class logistics network with our own physical, asset-based warehouses. We are looking for talented, hardworking individuals to join our growing team.

Shift: Sunday-Tuesday 4:45PM - 5:15AM

Note: This is a floor position involving physical work and leadership responsibilities within the warehouse.

What Youll Do

• The Warehouse Team Lead will assist the supervisor with managing and overseeing all functions of the warehouse, and ensuring smooth operations of all activities.
• Lead the receiving department and ensure the functions are used correctly.
• Delegate and assign work to maintain a 100% fill rate.
• Help manage the inventory and conduct necessary training within the department.
• Ensure the proper use and accountability of tools.
• Be responsible for answering email and verbal questions in a timely manner.
• Keep product moving and oversee the cleanliness of the department, including daily trash compacting.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned.

What Youll Need

• 90 days tenure in current role with Wayfair (minimum).
• Good standing with Talent Management (free of corrective actions).
• Recommended by current reporting manager.
• Working understanding of WMS system.
• Leadership and motivational skills, and the ability to make decisions with little to no guidance based on policies or common sense.
• This is a floor position and will involve physically moving/processing products in addition to leading a team of warehouse associates.
• Must be comfortable repeatedly lifting up to 75 pounds unassisted and maneuvering product 150+ pounds unassisted or via team lift.
• Experience in multiple departments (receiving, inventory control, pick, pack, ship, returns).
• Experience with composing and replying to emails.
• Power Equipment experience ability to operate or willingness to be trained on Powered Industrial Truck Operations (PITO).
• Experience with creating and updating systems such as trouble tickets.
• 2+ years working experience with excellent attendance.
• Understanding of High Jump is a plus.
• Able to read and comprehend English to ensure safety.
