Job Description

We are looking for a retail customer service and sales associate to work directly with customers in a retail location. The role requires evaluating product needs, providing outstanding customer service, helping customers interpret account statements, handling service requests, acting as a brand ambassador, and meeting sales goals.

What you will be doing:

• Working directly with customers in a retail location, evaluating the customers potential product needs, and making appropriate recommendations.
• Providing outstanding customer service with all customer interactions.
• Helping customers interpret and clarify their account statements and paying their bills in the store.
• Answering any questions customers have on current or new services, making changes to account data, upgrading levels of service, and processing all general service requests.
• Acting as brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
• Providing expert-level understanding and passion around technology, especially around Comcast products and services.
• Maintaining detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information.
• Meeting goals and metrics.
• Contributing to a fun and competitive environment; we aim to connect products and services to customers everyday lifestyles.

What you will need to have:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Generally 25 years of related experience; preference for consumer electronics/wireless retail sales experience.
• Ability to work full?time on a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Ability to carry/lift 25?pound boxes and stand/move around the store constantly.

Base Pay: $16.50 per hour
Targeted Commission: up to $8.69 per hour
Total Target Compensation: $24.19 per hour
