Role Description This is a full-time in person role based in Los Angeles, CA. We are seeking a strategic, organized, media-savvy Account Manager to lead day-to-day PR across luxury fashion, beauty, lifestyle and hospitality clients. Ideal candidates bring sharp communication skills, strong editorial and talent-driven relationships and a deep understanding of traditional and digital media. Key Responsibilities Media Relations & Storytelling Lead proactive pitching and relationship-building with key editors, writers, stylists, influencers and talent. Drive strategic story development across features, launches, trends, e-commerce, spokesperson profiles, and seasonal moments. Oversee media campaigns, press materials, targeted outreach and affiliate-related opportunities. Maintain media lists, trackers, and tools to support ongoing and launch-specific initiatives. Events & Activations Manage press previews, VIP dinners, influencer activations, openings and in-store events from planning through execution. Lead guest list curation, outreach, vendor coordination, onsite support and post-event follow up. Serve as day-to-day client point, ensuring clear communication, strong counsel and high-quality deliverables. Mentor and oversee junior team members; delegate efficiently and maintain agency standards. Qualifications 5–7 years PR experience (agency or in-house) within luxury, fashion, beauty, lifestyle or hospitality. Strong network of media + industry contacts across LA, NY and digital markets. Proven track record securing high-quality editorial and new media placements and in parallel managing client communication. Skilled writer and storyteller with meticulous attention to detail. Experienced in event management and cross-functional coordination. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, Cision, Metricool and PR/communications tools.
