Four locations:

• The Chicago River at Clark Park, near Roscoe Village
• Skokie Lagoons , Winnetka (Cook County Forest Preserves)
• Busse Reservoir , Elk Grove Village (Cook County Forest Preserves)
• Lake Tampier , Orland Park (Cook County Forest Preserves)

Requirements:

• Launch site staff responsible for getting customers safely in and out of kayaks, canoes, row boats and fishing boats
• This is a physically demanding job. A ton of heavy lifting and lots of time working in the sun.
• We expect our staff to have top-notch customer service skills and an ability to patiently teach basic boating and safety
• A sense of empathy--being able to understand what our customers want, expect or need when they rent a boat from us
• A sense of humor and fun

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Job Type: Part-time; Seasonal through October 29
