The Job

You’ll be out in the field visiting  shopping centers, business parks, office complexes, and HOA communities identifying and connecting with the  decision makers (property managers, facility directors, HOA presidents, and building owners) who handle  exterior maintenance .

Your job is to  build relationships, gather info, and pass qualified leads to our estimating team. You’re the first contact — the face of Clear Exterior Cleaning — and you’ll get paid for every deal that closes from your hustle.

Compensation

Commission Only – 10% of Every Closed Job You Bring In

Examples:

• Bring in a $3,000 storefront cleaning → You earn $300
• Bring in a $10,000 HOA contract → You earn $1,000
• Bring in a $25,000 property portfolio → You earn $2,500

No cap. No ceiling. Just straight hustle-based pay.

• You’re confident, professional, and great at starting conversations

• You have transportation and a smartphone

• You can’t handle rejection or follow-up
• You’re more “talk” than “action”
• You’re looking for hourly pay instead of performance pay
