Responsibilities


  • Review/vet various proposals from contractors, suppliers, design professionals and consultants
  • Prepare agreements based on Related Companies contract templates
  • Handle the contracting process from preparation of agreement through execution
  • Interact with lenders/investors/partners to obtain necessary contract approvals
  • Gain familiarity with the overall legal structure of each respective project, including understanding underlying legal documents relating to the project
  • Prepare legal notices and correspondence


Compensation

Anticipated base salary range: $100,000+.

Actual base salary within the anticipated range will be determined by several components including, but not limited to, the individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and market factors.

In addition to a competitive base salary, you will be eligible to receive discretionary bonus incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 57 years of experience
  • Bachelors degree
  • Experience working in a corporate environment
  • Experience working in construction/architecture/engineering/consulting a plus
  • High computer proficiency (i.e. MS Word, Excel and/or other related software programs)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written), due to heavy interaction with attorneys and high-level executives
  • Ability to work well under pressure and effectively handle multiple, concurrent demands and appropriately prioritize responsibilities
