Position Overview:Excellence Property Care Solutions Inc. is actively seeking a licensed and experienced General Plumber to join our team as a 1099 independent contractor in the Melbourne, Florida area. This is an excellent opportunity for plumbing professionals who enjoy flexible scheduling and high earning potential—with the ability to earn $2,000 to $3,000 per week , depending on the volume and complexity of projects.
We’re looking for candidates who can cover a 25-mile radius from Melbourne , ensuring timely and efficient service for our clients throughout the area.
⭐️ Licensed plumbers will be given priority consideration.
Key Responsibilities:Plumbing Installations and Repairs: Handle a broad range of plumbing work including leak detection, pipe repair, water heater installations, drain cleaning, fixture replacement, and more.
Troubleshooting and Diagnosis: Identify issues quickly and provide effective, long-lasting solutions.
Work Order Completion: Complete assigned jobs in a timely, professional manner.
High-Quality Workmanship: Ensure every project meets company and client standards.
Safety Compliance: Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all Florida safety regulations and building codes.
Client Interaction: Communicate professionally with clients, ensuring satisfaction and building strong working relationships.
Tools and Transportation: Must supply your own tools and have a reliable, insured vehicle for travel to job sites.
Proven plumbing experience in residential and/or commercial settings
Knowledge of Florida plumbing codes and safety standards
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
Valid Florida plumbing license (required or in progress)
Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle
Must own a full set of plumbing tools
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
Must be able to work within a 25-mile radius of Melbourne, FL
