Inside/Outside Sales Representative
Location: Lower Burrell, PA
Pay: Based on experience (BOE)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, standard business hours


About the Position:
We are seeking a motivated Inside/Outside Sales Representative to join a family-owned ASME fabrication and machining business in Lower Burrell, PA. This role supports our ASME fab group and manages select local accounts for our machining and job shop operations. The position requires a professional, organized, and positive individual who can represent the company with integrity while building strong relationships with clients and engineers.

Responsibilities of the Inside/Outside Sales Representative:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local accounts and clients in the ASME fabrication sector
• Manage sales activities for custom shell & tube heat exchangers, pressure vessels, hairpin exchangers, pipe coils, and other heat transfer equipment
• Utilize HTRI software (training provided) to size and thermally rate custom heat exchangers
• Work with engineers and clients to design and fabricate solutions per ASME Section VIII, Div. 1 & 2 code
• Provide accurate proposals and communicate effectively to manage expectations and resolve concerns
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects meet technical specifications and deadlines

Requirements of the Inside/Outside Sales Representative:

• Positive, organized, and professional with excellent communication skills
• Integrity and ability to manage difficult conversations
• General understanding of heat transfer principles and ASME code
• Basic knowledge of different metals used in fabrication
• Ability and willingness to learn HTRI software is a plus
• Experience in sales or technical environments preferred
