Advantage Staffing Services is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Concord, New Hampshire.

Experienced Physical Therapist
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Requirements:

New Hampshire PT license or Compact license, or willingness to obtain a temporary license.

Responsibilities:

Perform patient evaluations and re-evaluations, documenting in accordance with licensure, scope of practice, and department standards.

Advocate for patients and actively contribute to the development of disciplinary and interdisciplinary team members.

Provide care throughout the facility as needed, ensuring patient needs are met wherever they arise.

Review and verify all provider orders, incorporating relevant medical information including lab values and vital signs.

Apply knowledge of the profound and long-term impact of chronic illness, considering patients’ age, physical, emotional, social, economic, cultural, and vocational factors.

Understand and address the challenges acute care episodes present for patients and their families.

Demonstrate clinical competence in administering formal standardized tests, scales, and tools.
