Atlantic Blue Water Services is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Water Specialist to join our team in Severna Park, MD. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in industry specific backgrounds (Realtor Sales, HVAC, water treatment, plumbing or other trade), and/or 2 years of business development experience. As a Water Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality water services to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct water quality assessments and analyses to identify contaminants and ensure compliance with county standards.
• Design, install, and maintain water treatment systems, including filtration, softening, and reverse osmosis systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair water treatment equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Develop and implement water conservation strategies to promote efficient water usage.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients regarding water treatment solutions and best practices.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of water systems to prevent issues and ensure longevity.
• Keep accurate records of water quality data, maintenance activities, and system performance.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements in water treatment.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to provide comprehensive water solutions to clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and/or related experience in a trade industry
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in any trade (HVAC, electric or plumbing) and/or sales position, water quality analysis.
• Strong knowledge of water treatment processes, equipment, and technologies.
• Experience with water quality testing and analysis using various methods and equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to client sites as needed.
